Nostalgia is one of the words that comes to mind when we think about our childhood. A moment where everything was simple, but pure. I see the child as a healthy being, capable of developing a link with inanimate objects and create through them, fictional characters. This is one of the primary reasons in which much of my work is influenced by childhood. As an artist I try to imagine the perspective of a child and discern the object as a character (in my case I use toys). Even if it is a job in constant development, I have opened the possibility to get to work with other objects of daily characters that let us revive past moments of our lives. Through these objects I find the distant child inside people, who grew up and left these moments behind. With my art, I try to inspire and connect with people's own individual flashbacks from early childhood through the early scenographic representation of games and toys.
