Christopher Santos was born in Yonkers, New York in 1993. He grew up in Delaware where he earned his BA in Studio art at Delaware State University. Christopher lives in Orlando, Florida where he attended The University of Central Florida and earned an MFA in studio art. His work obscures the line of what is African and what is American, and how this enigma defines him. He uses found materials to create metaphors that narrate the tragedy of our society. He explores cultural identity and the relationship between the African and Black community.
